3. Project 1: Self Portrait / Mind Map

Goal: Create an self portrait / mind map that represents who you are using color, text, symbols, collage.

Research: Look up mind mapping methods and explore how you can incorporate these tools in this project and other class work.

You whatever materials you may have on hand-you may be waiting the arrival of your studio kit. Please get them asap.

Traditional materials include drawing, painting, collage, pen and ink, etc.

Submitting the Work: Take a good quality photo of your project using your camera/phone gadget and submit as a jpg or submit a PDF of the work

Written Summary: write a short passage about your self portrait:

What was your biggest challenge? What was your biggest success?
